I have a nordic car starter NS2432TW-FM the id #isNAHAS5501 how do i activate cold weather mode

That's the manual.

To enter Cold Weather Mode:
2-way remote:
1. Press and release F to select L-01.
2. Press and hold the START button until the 24HR icon appears on the display.
OR
1-way remote:
1. Rapidly press AUX twice. While the remote’s LED is flashing, press and hold START until the
parking lights flash for 2 seconds, pause, and then flash 3 times.
