If my car is idle at 5-6hours my Nordic remote starter can not start my car. i dnt know whats wrong with this it is starter problem i think because it i used my car key just 1 click my car start? i allready go back to future shop and tell them about the issued and they re-program but it still same problem... it is posible to return this item to future shop? but it is already installed in my car they should give me a full refund for this item... if you have some idea about this problem please tell me. Thanks

What I would recommend is take it back to your local Future Shop and just have them confirm that the 2nd starter wire is connected and being powered up properly during the crank cycle.  A lot of Nissans have two starter wires that need to be engaged properly, or the vehicle will have trouble turning over, especially in cold weather conditions.  Should be an easy fix if this is the problem.  Hope this helps!

Hey bong_vills, can you tell me what's the model number on the antenna?

I don't have the original antenna and need to order one but I don't know what the model number is. Thanks.

does it try to start? will it crank over just not stay running? or does it not crank at all?

I'd check:

1. 2 starter wires are connected (already mentioned)

2. are you sure you don't have a transponder built into the key?

3. is the tach signal wire hooked up?

Could be a lot of things. See if you can have another tech just check things over.
