I purchased and installed (through futureshop) a Nordic 2-way remote starter about 4 or 5 years ago (with extended warranty which seem to have expired) and it's worked relatively smoothly with some issues early on that FS resolved. However, the problem I have now renders the 2-way feature useless as the 'brain' no longer sends a signal back to the remote verifying neither the start status nor the door lock status. The remote does work as it does lock/unlock and starts the vehicle, so I'd rather not pay for a new product and installation. The brain was swapped out a couple years ago under a recall - no issues since the swap until just recently. Any thoughts would be appreciated - Thanks.

Could be just a bad remote or antena bring it into a future shop to reset the whole unit and re program each remote if that doesnt work they will just have to do elimination by trying to program a new remote to it and so on...

Berger is most likely correct.
I'd have your ConnectPro shop check out the antenna wire for kinks and loose connections (at the brain, and at the antenna).
Also try a different brand of battery inside the two-way remote. Very rarely but sometimes that is the culprit.
When the remote is opened to replace the battery, look for signs of corrosion or humidity effects or a weak solder point.
Also try programming a 1-way remote first then the two-way. Then try it the other way around. Funny, but sometimes this will work.
