Your starter MAY be in valet mode. Try pressing the lock/panic button(the red one), and the trunk release button (both of the left buttons) at the same time (press and release, don't hold them). If the headlights flash, then try and start your car. If it starts, it means your starter was in valet mode, If that doesn't fix anything, I'd go see a Connectpro expert.

two flashes from the unit is an error code.
it means the key is in the on position. A key cannot be in the key cylinder when starting the vehicle.
If that is not the case I would stop trying to use the unit and schedule an appointment for your installer to have a look at it.
