HP Laptop Warranty Conflicts!

I purchased a HP Laptop about a year and a half ago, and I have extended warranty on the product. So there are a lot of issues with the laptop, such as a broken enter/spacebar key, loose keys, static screen, wireless card (up/down speeds), loose right click button, dead power supply, dead battery, etc!
So..I decide to take it in for repair, it gets sent out and about a week and a half after (today) I receive a call saying it's ready. I went to the store this evening to see that:
1. Loose keys not resolved
2. Broken enter key was put back into place and remains loose
3. NOTHING was done about that static screen
4. Loose right click button remains
5. Computer was reset (erasing all info), but was not done accordingly. The reset should've restored everything that was given to me as a default when I bought the laptop, such as the default HP programs. Also, as the computer was "reset", it was just left as is, not even all ready for the customer to just turn on and start using. The key wasn't even entered (Windows Genuine Authentication Key).
6. Hard Drive was replaced with no reasoning given, when clearly the hard drive wasn't even an issue.
7. Wireless card wasn't replaced...but instead it just says repaired.
In conclusion, I left the laptop at the store and am going in tomorrow to talk to the tech department's manager. I am very disappointed at this matter, as it was a waste of my time to go in to the store when more than half of the issues weren't resolved and the issues which were resolved, weren't of adequate quality. If any of you are wondering which location this was at, it was at the Heartland Location in Mississauga, Ontario.

Ha, okay. I wanted the many consumers and customers to be aware of such an issue which I am facing with futureshop, and also what their take is on this situation.

They sure contatced me through an email right? It's been over 60 days the laptop hasn't been returned with 100% repair completion...and somehow you forwarded this to customer service? I got no reply from them buddy.
