Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
Is the laptop less than a year old or covered under a Product Service Plan? You can bring it to your nearest Future Shop for service, or contact HP if still covered by their warranty. Future Shop will be able to send your unit out to a laptop repair depot, where the keyboard will likely be replaced if it hasn't been physically damaged. Be sure to make a backup of any important data, as the depot will do whatever it takes to fix any problems they find with the laptop, including erase all data and software.
