I was playing a video game on my computer and suddenly the screen went black. I turned off the CPU for 10 minutes and turned it back on. The screen said" No signal". Is the problem you think with my screen or CPU unit.

The 'no signal' message means that your monitor can't detect anything coming from the computer. So either computer isn't working at all, or the video hardware isn't working, or it's reconfigured itself to use a different video output(unlikely). I'd suggest you take your computer in to your nearest Futureshop for a diagnostic.
