I bought my laptop about a month ago. It started freezing like a week ago, I have checked the programs I've downloaded to see if they are compatible with Windows 7 but it seems fine. When it freezes it just pauses the exact screen and sound too if I'm listening to something. It happens completely randomly, whether I'm on the internet or sitting on the homescreen. If I bring my laptop back with my reciept, what will Future Shop do for me?
