All Future Shop computer repair offices will be able to book in your unit for a diagnostic/repair. You do not need an appointment. Most offices run on a "first-come, first-serve basis". So the sooner you get the laptop to them, the quicker you will hear back from them.
Although you do not state what the problem is, I would recommend having your receipt. Please note, that if you purchased the Product Service Plan warranty on the laptop, the Experts at the store will be able look up your warranty information if needed.
