You don't want to know....
For starters, your computer will start to working slower and slower. Some applications will hang and shutdown.....
Any reason why you don't more some data/files over to the D: drive? Otherwise, move the files to an external hard drive. My favourite is Drobo.

thanks.......I have been thinking about an external hard drive anyway, I was curious as to what will happen when it is full. It's already begun to slow down, is it easy to move the files/data over ?

It's hard for me to give advice without seeing your computer and how you are storing your data. Are you familar with Windows Explorer? You need to seek out your data files and "move" them to your D: drive or external drive.
If you are not comfortable with this, you wish to invite a friend over to walk you through the process. I hate to see you lose any data. Folders are a great way to organize your files to find them again.
External hard drives are a great way to
- free up space with rarely used files moved elsewhere
- allows you to backup your computer
