Future Shop's technicians can certainly have a look at the laptop. Depending on the issue and warranty coverage, they may be able to fix it in store or send it to a repair depot for service.
What is the issue with your laptop? What is preventing you from using it? With that information, I'd be able to offer a more specific answer.
Thanks for the question!

First, check to see if your touchpad has been disabled. There's usually a button on the keyboard itself that can enable or disable it, or the Fn key plus one of the F buttons along the top row of keys. If your touchpad has been disabled, then pressing the touchpad toggle button should enable it again.
As for being unable to access the documents and Internet, that's something very general that would need to be looked at. If you brin your laptop in for a consultation, they'll be able to give you an estimate of how much it would cost to fix. Diagnostics in Ontario currently cost $59.99, but this may vary by province (or, if it's simple little things, it may even be fixed at the counter.)
