It sounds like a fake infection. It reports all sorts of infections when it's the only real infection. They're very difficult for security software of any kind to detect. Usually they can be removed manually without affecting your system or files so I'd suggest having a malware removal done. Futureshop has services to do that online, in your home, or in store. There also are many tools that help you to do it at home if they can detect it.
