I had some problems recently when my disk space was low. Does your C: drive have at least 15% of free space?
Other things to try....
- run disk clean up to remove old temporary files
- run disk defragmenter

First of all I recommend you to restore OS that will help you out to bring factory default system and then upgrade everythings if u still have blue screen error then you need to contact manufacture warranty.

Factory recovery is a bit drastic at this ppint unless you bring it in for repair and the technicians recommend and do it. I wouldn't do it on your own, at least not yet.
Have you tried defragmenting your hard drive lately?
When was the last time you ran a virus scan?
As XL said, how full is your hard drive?
What type of tasks are you performing when you get the BSOD?
Are they consistently the same tasks or is it random?
What does your BSOD say when it pops up (what is the problem)?
@rz-fntt, manufacturer warranty wouldn't apply here as it's been more than a year since the computer was purchased (was purchased Jan 2011 according to the OP). Even still, Future Shop facilitates repairs under the manufacturer warranty for a number of computer companies, so bringing it into Future Shop would be the best idea if there is something seriously wrong with the computer.
If you can answer some of those questions for us, we can give you a better overview of what the problem might be. Remember to always back up your data before getting your computer looked at by techs.
