You should be able to, depending on the type of inputs there are on the projector and the type of outputs there are on the blu-ray player. What type of projector are you looking to use?

Keep in mind also that you will want an independent audio source, whether it's a set of computer speakers or a home theatre system of some kind, as many projectors I have seen either have no way of playing audio or have a very weak audio source.

Looking at the projector specs..... http://www.epson.com/cmc_upload/0/000/095/444/S5-Catalog-Sheet_R2.pdf

The input is

Computer/Component video: Mini D-sub 15 pin

S-video: Mini DIN

Composite video: RCA

Composite audio RCA x 2

Monitor out

USB Type B (for mouse and keyboard control)

The Blu-Ray Player output is....

› ›HDMI

› ›Component Video Output

® Output

› ›Composite Video Output

Is this a good match?  BTW... the projector is only rated for 800x600.
