Media Dynamics was a training school faciltiy in Toronto, Ontario. They ceased operations about a year ago I believe. Most Stores have a Lead Technician who would be CEDIA certified level I at minimum. Depending on provincial regulations some stores would also have low voltage tickets as issued by the the regulatory body for that province. Additionally all technicians go through routine training with manufacturers reps, yearly training specifically designed for installers by most manufacturers for brands we carry. Calibration techs have Sencore training and are ISF certified. Alot of the stuff in learned in the feild, when you install XXX amount of anything you tend to [ick up a few tricks even the reps don't know...![]()
