Anyone else bought a Nuvi 260w? False advertisement?

I am from Toronto. I have recently purchased a nuvi 260w from Future Shop online.  It was listed with features such as bluetooth data connection, bluetooth handsfree calling, ipod compatibility, and audio playback.  However, the unit I picked up at Future Shop did not come with any of those features.  When I returned to Future Shop later and asked to have my unit exchanged, I was told by the employee that such unit did not even exist. I called the customer service later and I was told by the operator that the unit did actually exist and I could have mine exchanged in store while the employee at the Future Shop still insist that they did not have any nuvi 260w that comes with bluetooth data connection, ipod compatibility, etc.  So I decided to send the customer service an email to find out whether the unit I purchased did actually exist.  I checked my email today and there was no response from Future Shop.  However, the features of the unit I purchased all changed.  Now it was lsited with no bluetooh data connection, handsfree calling, ipod compatibility, or audio playback. I am really disappointed by Future Shop's false and misleading advertisment. I am also very disappointed by the customer service representatives' lack of knowledge of their products. The entire shopping experience of horrible. Am I the only person who had bought the nuvi 260w thinking that it came those features?

How long do I have to wait?

I talked to customer service 3 days ago. I sent them an email again 2 days ago. Yesterday, I posted here and you told me that I would be contacted.  However, I still haven't heard anything from any representative from Future Shop. The features of the item which I had purchased had all changed on Future Shop website.  So, somehow they became aware of the unit which I had purchased was falsely advertised.  Yet, no one bothered to contact or return the email of the customers who had purchased such unit to address any of their questions.  How long does a customer usually have to wait before he/she is contacted? Or does Future Shop simply disregard them and wait until they forget about their purchase?
