I have a CompuStar Remote car starter - 2WG5R-SH. The remote does not seem to be working (no lights, etc) Do these remotes have batteries? If yes, how do I get at it?

I just did a quick google..... to confirm... are these your remotes?

Is it the remote on the right you are questioning?

Yah, there is screw at the back and there are pressure points... if you don't want to break the tabs..... take it back to the installer to assist.  If the remote is your primary remote.... you could have worn out the contacts and need a new one.
