I purchased a 2006 450 ford diesel truck equiped with remote starter, and it seems it dont work  vehicle was purchase by auction , and i cant locate original owner

dual -> what kind of remote starter do you have?

           can you post a pic of the remote?

           does it do anything when the buttons are pushed?

I just followed the steps reprogram the NORDIC NAHTDK4 remote, it's locking the doors but the car won't run. I bought the car with the remote and I'm not sure if it was properly wired to start the car. It's a 97 Honda civic manual tranny, I'm not sure if there's any other way to program the key fob cause it's stick but any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Manual transmission vehicles need to follow a specific 'routine' when leaving the car so the car is 'ready' for remote start operation. 1. Car is running 2. park car 3. pull parking brake 4. remove foot from brake 5. push starter button on the remote 6. remove key (car will still be running) 7. exit car and close all doors 8. push lock on the remote. Car will shutdown and be ready for remote start. If you need a manual I can point you in the right direction if you send me a private message.
