by the model of you remote you would have a Nordic brand starter.
The blue light on the antenna that is on all the time indicates it's in Valet mode. So the remote start won't function in that mode.
Taking it out of that mode -> turn the key on and off 5 times. You should hear clicks in the dash or the parking lights will flash a couple of times to indicate Valet mode has been turned off. Now try the starter and any other features.
