I bought my wife a NS-2422TW remote car starter from Future Shop a few years ago. The remote casing is falling apart but it still works fine.  I called Nordic Start to get assistance but they only deal with corporate customers so they told me to contact Future Shop. 

Is it possible to get a replacement casing for the 6 button HDR remote?  If not, can I order a new remote? (If so, how much is it?)  I didn't see the remote for sale on your website.

I cannot recall a 6 button remote.

It looks the same as the 2 way remote for the ns2432tw on the Nordic Start website. 4 buttons on front, one on the left side and one on top. I don't see an option to add an image to this post so I hope that description is enough.

Yes you will have to order a new remote. I would talk to a person in the mobile department or the Lead installer.
