The Compustar prices just seem to be the remote pack (just the remotes no actual starter).
Every other starter is priced the same in store (with basic install included - note: does not include any interfaces or labour that may be needed for some vehicles).
I guess you would just have to call online customer service to make sure the basic promo install is included.
But your best bet is always to go into a store - that way you would know exactly what you need for your starter install, at what price and if the parts and starter are instock.
