i want to ask a question concerning the GPS? can i dpwnload any map on my gps for example a map for africa or europe?

Depending the the GPS manufacturer there may be maps available, your best bet would be to check the manufacturer's website. In most cases the Maps are specific to each manufacturer, so a tomtom map will not work on a Garmin
