Assuming your new TV has at least two HDMI inputs, the best way is to use two HDMI cables:

- connect the HDMI output of the Cogeco HD box to one of the HDMI inputs on your new TV

- connect the HDMI output of the Blu-ray player to another of the HDMI inputs on your new TV
