I can't believe he wired tied the A/V wires to the surfac...

I can't believe he wired tied the A/V wires to the surface of the wall.  That would drive me nuts and I would be focused on the surface run of wires rather than the TV.  Always hide wires in the wall cavity for aesthetics.  If you are paying someone to wall mount your TV, ask them if they properly run wires behind the drywall.  If not keep looking for an installer that will. 
 
I did notice  he ran the wires behind the dry wall in the fireplace installation video, so watch that one to see how it is done.

wat if the walls hallow?      what if there is oly about...

wat if the walls hallow?      what if there is oly about 2 inches of the wall, and i put a wall mount, will my tv fall, or will it hold although its sorta loose?

You should always attach the TV mount to a stud as drywall is not strong enough by itself to support the weight.  If its loose, I wouldn't take the risk (if that TV falls, you won't be happy).
