....I'm under 18, and I want to make a video. Can I still upload it, and maybe not get the gift card? Or does it really matter all that much?

Good question wiiman64 -

I connected back with legal about this and we're going to change the age requirements from:

The Contest is open to residents of Canada only who have reached the age of majority in his or her Province of residence.

to:

Where an entrant or any person appearing in an entered video is a minor, a parent or legal guardian who has reached the age of majority in his or her Province of residence,  must confirm the entrant or video participant's acceptance of these rules and regulations.  Any prize won by a minor must be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian.

I'll get this change made in the official rules and regs, but feel free to make and upload a video as long as your parents / legal guardian approves.

I just didn't think it made sense, because I know a heck of a lot more about most things on the computer than my parents
