I pre-ordered the game in-store and when I got home later when I opened it there was no physical code card in the box, I got the steelbook but on the site there was also a promise for the premier club access also. I was never asked for my E-Mail when I made the pre-order and your site say's that the offer was good before sept 17, 2012 which I made. So where is my code for the game? Should I go into the store and ask about this?
Because if this is what will happen with DLC pre-orders I'll just start making mine at (competitor) instead.
I have this exact same problem. I contacted the store and they didn't know what i was talking about. I may have been asked for my phone number when i placed the pre-order, but i haven't been contacted, nor do i even know what's supposed to happen. It is a frustrating situation, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Same thing here. I pre-ordered in store. All I got was the steelbook. None of the other bonuses and the lady at the desk seemed to have no idea what I was talking about or what they should be giving me. She bagged up my 2 copies without the steelbook as well before I said something.
I think I got ripped off for my pre-order codes. I really dont care much about the steelbooks - one copy was a birthday present for someone. May end up missing out on the 5th class due to this.
Please PM me the details on which store you visited. We sent stores enough codes to satisfy customer pre-orders. I will contact the store directly to see what happened.
I have the same problem, except that I pre-ordered online, I don't see there being a reason to run out of codes since I ordered about 4 month ago. This is one of few games I've ever pre-ordered, and I only did so for the bonus codes. How can I go about figuring out why I received nothing but the game for my pre-order.
I ordered Borderlands 2 for my ps3 online as well but didn't receive my codes. The game and steelcase arrived fine. I bought the game for my son and he's really disappointed the codes didn't arrive as promised. The site said they were supposed to arrive via email but I only recieved the order confimation and the shipping notice and niether contained any codes.
