Earlier today i read on future shops site that if you were to buy mw3 online from november 8th to 1th you would get the steelcase with it so i added it to my cart and was gonna buy it after school. So when i get home and try to buy it it says that the promotion is no longer avaliable and now it doesnt say anything about getting the steelcase anymore even though i read yesterday too that you can still get it today online but you cant anymore?? why does future shop keep on changing the steel case promotions its like changed for mw 3 3 times in the past 2 days. can anyone answer if it is still possible to get it
You may want to try contacting our customer service department via email at service@futureshop.com or by phone 1-800-663-2275. It's possible that they will be more able to answer your question than anybody here.

Call of Duty pre-orders are not suppose to get a steelbook online. This was strictly for midnight opening store customers and day 1 purchase customers online.
The COD MW3 steelbook should not have been automatically added to your cart.
Yes, CS gave me the same response when I contacted them. It was in my cart when i ordered it and then auto-cancelled like i said earlier, but CS rep said the SB should ship on Nov 16th. No actual shipping email received though.
