I bought a Xbox 360 Elite two weeks ago but have come to the realization that I don't need 120 gigs of hard drive space. Is it possible to exchange an elite model for a pro model and get cash (or store credit) back? The top of the packaging box is ripped and I'm missing the foam packing stuff, but everything else is there.
PS I'm planning to call the store later today but I just thought I'd see if the internet could give me a quicker answer.
