They would have shipped using the method that you chose when you ordered. If you went with the free shipping, it's Canada Post ground. Just remember, you get what you pay for with shipping, and if you paid nothing, don't expect it to get to you in a flash.
If you paid for overnight shipping and it was sent Canada Post ground, then you'd have a case to be upset, but I'm guessing by the lack of rage over something like that, you probably aren't in that type of situation.
