Hello, I recently pre ordered Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition from futureshop.

On the website it says my credit card won't be charged until the game is shipped but my credit card DID get charged "$113.??" and I did not receive any email that confirms it got shipped.... 

So I'm wondering... Will they actually send it a day before release or release date?

(I like in Quebec/Canada)

Hi StangGT02,

From previous experience being charged a few days beforehand, it will not be shipped, per se, before the launch date. My theory for what's actually happening behind the scenes is, when you were charged, your game was passed to the shipping company; however, the shipping company is instructed to not commence delivery until the launch date. So, even though you were charged early, your game is not in transit and the earliest you would receive it is launch day. I don't know if this is what happens in reality.

My most recent 3-4 experiences with preordering from FS have been fantastic. 3 of 4 arrived on launch day, while only on arrived a day after. This year is much better than last year where some games showed up as late as a week after the release day. Kudos to FS for stepping up their game! (no pun intended)

Hopefully I'll get it on lauch day, but I have no idea where the shipping "company" is located in my country.

hey, the same thing happened to me, my credit card got charged on friday but no email. did u get email yet??

Nope still no e-mail, my guess is that I'll receive the e-mail either tommorow or Tuesday

Yea, it's likely due to the fact that they prepped everything and it'll be sent out bright early Monday morning.

Do anyone know if they actually ship the game on 7th to make sure we receive it on 8th or do they only send it on release date?

I'll give you guys some news if I receive it tommorow or not.
