I got Skyrim for Christmas, and when I opened it up, there was just a paper copy of the cover and an a green xbox case. I've received games that sometimes have a paper cover on the outside, but never one that didn't have one on the case itself.

I thought this was a defect, so I returned it yesterday, and the new game they gave me was exactly the same. Am I just having bad luck, or did they all come like that?

They were all like this to fit in the map that is found inside.

Customers will only get the Skyrim Map if they purchased the game during the first 3 days of release for Skyrim.

Hmm, I still don't get why they didn't have a laminated cover, like every other game I have. Just to be clear, they all came like this http://db.tt/22fXY9fh

They all come like this.  You can always just slide the box art into the plastic sleeve yourself.

Yes, I finally just figured it out. Apparently, I'm a little slow. Seems odd, that they would come like this. Oh well problem solved, thanks everyone!
