Hello all
I'll try to keep this very short.
I bought my 360 a bit more than a year ago from a FutureShop in Montreal (with the extended product service plan). After the first 2 months, the RROD happened. I sent it to Microsoft, and 3 repair orders and 3 xbox's later, the same problem persists. So I decided to try my luck with the FutureShop repairs. "I paid more for the extended warranty, time I use it" - I thought to myself.
I get to the store, they can't replace it UNLESS they find something wrong with it. So I thought, "Hey, no problem. Send it in, the RROD will appear." I get a call back a week later saying my machine is ready, I'm all excited. I get to the store, they tell me it's the same Xbox cause they found nothing wrong with it. I tell them that I don't enjoy this, my Xbox is broken and I want a new one. They say they 'can't do anything'.
What would you do? Frankly, I've found my whole ordeal to be very unprofessional not only from FutureShop's part, but also Microsoft's. Running out of options here, so yeah, what would you do?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I mean, my 360 got the RROD again. I've had just about enough.

Since you are under a "Product Service Plan" and not a "Product Replacement Plan," it would be impossible for you to get a new Xbox 360 considering that you are out of the 30 day return policy. Since your Xbox 360 has had the RROD, Microsoft will cover the repairs under their 3 year warranty. Futureshop has no control on Microsoft's warranty therefore you must send it in directly to Microsoft.
I know that this may seem frustrating but it's not Futureshop's fault.
I suggest that you should try your best to take care of your Xbox 360 (ie. leave it in an open space so it can breathe). This will help better your chances of preventing your 360 from crapping out.
Again, sorry to hear about your unfortunate ordeal.
