I bought my 360 less than 30 days ago but before the offer was introduced. Is there any way to get the games without having to return the 360 and bui it again?

Assuming you bought the Pro console like the offer is valid on you should be able to simply go in and do a price protection - as long as 30 days hasn't passed and you still have your receipt.

It might already be on the way to you. I had bought a console last year and then 1 week later the free game deal came around. I was gonna Email Futureshop to see if I could get the games, and before I could they were in my mailbox. Dropping them an email couldn't hurt though.

As far as I know we don't ship game deals to people's houses, I'm not sure about your case Stray, but that isn't within our policy.

So to the thread starter, just go in with your receipt and you'll get the games assuming it's within 30 days.

Odd indeed. I've been shipped 2 games from FutureShop as an afterthought. Fantastic Four and Superman. I can't remember the exact details because I buy
a ton of games, but I know I was sent a free copy of Fantastic Four after I bought the Halo 3 Legendary Edition. The special came around about 2 weeks after I bought my copy of Halo and I was still sent the game. I'm sure the Superman game came a few weeks after buying a console.
Guess I was lucky.

Alright, so I went there a week ago or so but the person taking care of the entertainement section told me they just got the games for the offer in store and hadn't finished opening them. He told me to come back the day after. When I came back, the offer had changed from the 360 Pro to the 360 Elite and seeing as I forgot to print the offer from the website, I wasn't able to get the free games which kinda sucks

Thankfully, there's a new offer right now (which I already printed) and I'm gonna go check it out either today or tommorow.
