Unfortunatly Microsoft is notorious for looping you in to spend more money on them. I would suggest doing what I did with my 4gb console, it only had 1.3gb free so I deleted the demos that came with it (go into system/ storage) and delete them if you want, unless you plan on playing them any. That wouldnt give you the needed amount of storage however. So your next step is upgrading to a hard drive. You can either spend $120 for a 250gb, buy aftermarket, or use a compatible thumb drive (Xbox will support up to 16gb per USB port for memory) Hope this helps!
