I preordered ff13 and i didn't get a confirmation of delivery and i check the order it now says out of stock.  Why do i not get the game if i pre ordered?

I pre-ordered months in advance... I am going to go to another store and cancel my purchase and I don’t think Future Shop will get much of my business anymore. The website was still showing a few copy available yesterday... how is that for service..
