When did you purchase it? There are a couple factors on the length of when a web order ships like where you are located in Canada, when you placed the order.

I ordered mine on the 25th paid on;ine order still showing in progress and no way of gettiing anyone on a phone # at all ? all the items I ordered are and show up as in stock.

I also purchased an XBox 360 with Kinect on December 25 at which point the expected delivery date was December 29. It is now January 2 and the status is also, sitll in process. After several e-mails/phone calls I found out that this order can not be cancelled and that a tracking number will finnaly be applied today, over one week after the actual date ordered. I have ended up going to (competitor) and purchasing this product for the same price in person dealing with much friendlier, helpful people than Future Shop has provided. The one received from Future Shop will be returned a store the day it is received. Please note that if returning by mail, as advised by on line staff, your credit card will not be credited for on week after they receive the product back in stock.
