I sent my xbox in to get repaired about 2 weeks ago and when i called to check the status of the repair, customer service said it hadnt even left the future shop i dropped it off at does that sound right? or is it possible that she was mistaken and the xbox is ready for pickup

I would call back and ask again. Perhaps check with the manager if it has not gone out.
