Re: Amazing Spider-Man Link is up

I heard that a few other people didn't get T-shirts either. I got mine in the mail today along with my steelbook. It's actually really nice in person and is a size Large. I re-ordered mine on October 25th when the price changed from $34.99-$26.99, guess I got lucky considered I canceled my 1st order which was ordered on the 19th originally.

There is no one else in Canada offering THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN SteelBook.  Only Future Shop.  SteelBooks in other countries also do not all have the same design.  I really like the Future Shop design the best.

@Blu-Steel . You're lucky. Mine still hasn't even shipped or been charged to my CC, and I ordered it October 10th. If I look at my order, the steelbook shows up in stock, but the shirt is out of stock. For some reason it seems they don't want to send it out until both are in stock. The shirt is a nice bonus, but I just really want my steelbook.

Sometimes they run out of an exclusive bonus but expect more in stock later which is why they hold off on shipping your order.

Re: Amazing Spider-Man Link is up

the bouns stuff don't even matter to me id rahter be watching spider man right now then sitting here wondering when my order will ship over a t shirt that they probly won't even get more stock of.

when theres bonus stuff they should ship that on its own so if they run it don't hold out peoples orders.

Re: Amazing Spider-Man Link is up

If you don't care about the bonus, then why not just go in the store and pick it up?

Then you can return your online order when it arrives.

They never said they can't fill the order.  It is still pending.  Unless they sent you a cancellation, I don't know why you think that your order can't be filled.

Re: Amazing Spider-Man Link is up

You're entirely missing his point, the point is if he pre-ordered something then he should not have to worry about going to the store to pick it up, or waiting for the order to process days after the release. When the item is relased on the street date that's it, it should be processed and sent out that day plain and simple. If a bonus item is not available, then the customer should be notified a head of time as I'm sure FS would have known about this issue before the release date of The Amazing Spider-Man, and either compensation should be given i.e an additonal 10% off the price as I'm hearing people are recieving, or something along those lines. Why make paying customers wait for something they pre-ordered, days or even months in advance? That's not right, and no matter how much you sugar coat it still won't make it right. I'm just thankful I haven't had to endure this crap, I would be upset as well. If you can't fullfill something than it shouldn't be advertised in the first place.
