Based on what I have heard, there might be 2 waves actually.  What was voted for in Wave 1 might end up being Wave 2 (rumored to be released on March 1st and listed on (competitor)) and this is Wave 3.  Or they might combine the two votes and make on wave of 10 releases.  Both would make sense.

Either way, there would be some money to be spent in the coming months.

The Facebook poll doesn't indicate either way whether or not these titles replace or are in addition to the poll list from the Fall of 2010.

This thread is a little misleading because it assumes that this is Wave 2.

Having said that, I have not seen any evidence yet of actual SteelBook releases to any of these titles due to be re-released soon.

In short, no commitments to anything yet.

I saw on the other site the following steelbook title to be release on March 1 2011.

   Batman begin

   Heat

   2001 Space Odyssey

   Matrix

   Goodfellas

Wave 1 included 300, Superman Returns, etc. Wave 2 titles are already up for pre-order on AMZ CA and Wave 3 is getting voted on on Facebook.
