Is A Bug's Life Steelbook supposed to be 1 or 2 discs? I opened my copy and I see a 2nd spot for another disc

Nightmare Before Christmas was the same, but there was a sticker inside that said 'This is a 1 disc release' or something like that.

Personally, I like the extra space.  I had both Nightmare Before Christmas and A Bug's Life on DVD as well, so I used the extra disc hub in those Steelbooks for the disc 1 from each of those DVD sets.  Creating my own custom 2-disc Blu-Ray + DVD sets.

And wow, did these ones go quickly at my local store.  I was the first one in the door and first to grab my copy from the shelf... no more than a minute later all the store's copies (they only got 7 or 8) were gone.  It's kind of fun going in person, though... you start seeing the same people there every week, and get to know them a bit.

That's weird, because the normal Blu-ray release IS a 2-disc set. The second disc is nothing more than a Digital Copy disc, but that's kind of crappy of them to just leave it out of the SteelBook.

If it is with the regular blu ray then it should come with the steelbook, I would think.

The Steelbook was $26.99... the regular Blu-Ray release is 36.99.  You really want to pay $10 more for a glorified mp4 with an expiration date?

I don't work for FS, but until someone who does posts I'll chime in with my own opinion that we weren't supposed to get the digital copy.  All previous Steelbooks that sold for $26.99 have been 1-disc sets... $29.99 was 2-disc, I believe 3-disc sets sold for $31.99 or $32.99 and 4-disc for $33.99.

For those of you who ordered it online, does it show as "Out of Stock" when you check your order status online?

I also still have the option to cancel my order.

ok so i just came from the future shop and was able to pick up a copy of a bugs life so i cancelled my order.  i dont know how it works but i assume since i cancelled they should have one up for sale online sometime.  keep checking back you might just be lucky and get it.
