Has anyone had a problem transferring the digital copy of Captain America to their computer using iTunes?
The movie appears to transfer fine, then just says processing file after the 1.73GB file has transferred. It sits in this processing state for quite some time. I have let it sit over night, bust still nothing finishes. I have tried it several times to no avail. i have tried restarting the computer and the file disappears and I have to start the process over again. I contached Paramount and got a new code but it still does the same thing. I cannot find any contact at Apple that will help me. I have the latest version of iTunes and all updates for Windows 7 OS.
Any help would be appreciated!
