Disney Movie Rewards Question

How many of you are enrolled in Disney Movie Rewards program?

Disney Movie Rewards is a points reward program when you buy a qualifying Disney Movie.  Register at the website http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/ key in your points.  As you build points you qualify for various merchandise and disney exclusives.  They also give you the ability to log-in and stream the video copy of MOST of the titles you've purchased.  Added bonus if grandma has internet and your kids want a particular movie you left at home!!

If Future Shop had a sale on Disney Movies along with additional Reward Points on Disney Movie Purchases, are you interested?

Re: Disney Movie Rewards Question

I'm enrolled in DMR, the big thing for me is that the newly announced Disney Viva Metal Boxes will have Disney Movie Rewards codes included hopefully :smileyhappy:

If there was a separate Disney sale with additional points included, I would likely buy some (depending on a couple factors like which movies, how many bonus points, how much in savings, etc)

Re: Disney Movie Rewards Question

Yes, I am enrolled in DMR and am a relatively active member there.

I would love the opportunity to earn more points through Future Shop purchases.  However, it may be of minimal benefit to me since I already own most or all of what has already been released.

I do enjoy earning points and have been doing so throughout all of the SteelBook/IronPack/Metal Box waves.  That first SteelBook wave was a lot of work, but worth it.

In return I have received a number of rewards from DMR including

-  free Blu-ray every year on your birthday (I think they have canceled this promotion now)

- THE LITTLE MERMAID statue

-  CARS 2 Collectible lunchbox

- Tinker Bell, Beauty and the Beast, bracelet charms

-  UP "Grape Soda" cloisionne pin

-  SNOW WHITE crystal apple

They do issue free points for various promotions on their site and through email codes sent to you.

You can also collect points by going to see films at the theatre and buying soundtrack CDs.

It is actually the best movie studio rewards program out there.  It sounds like a great idea, even if it may not benefit me personally.
