Iron paks- Future use of them?

So whats the stance and the future use of these in the Canadian market in the future. Has FS  decided to go back to its roots and remain with SteelBook™ or is it a case by case basis?

I know LOTR is WB(New Line) and that was that studios choise to use Iron pak. So what kind of insight is there on this? My opinion is Dont DO IT!! :smileytongue:

I don't believe that FS has the choice whether Steelbook or Ironpack are used.  It's whatever the producing company of the movie decide.  They just sell it :smileyhappy:  The question you have to ask yourself is if the only choices available are between the regular case and Iron Pak, which one would you choose?

Judging by the amounts of Harry Potters and Terminator: Salvations that I see around in the FutureShop stores, i'm guessing everyone has been choosing the normal release.

Actually, I while I do see copies of HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE available in IronPack, I have never seen any more copies of TERMINATOR SALVATION in IronPack.

Looks to me like they sold out of it.

That's surprising that you still see the Bond SB's, as I haven't seen one in Ottawa since they were on sale last year for $9.99. All the stores were cleared out within days at the sale price.

Unfortunately I wasn't into Steelbooks until the Disney's so I never got around to that sale.  I'm hoping there will be another one as there is a store I know of that has all the Bond SB's in stock.

Re: Iron paks- Future use of them?

I wished I got the bond ones when they were $9.99 as they are listed at $26.99 now in the stores. I wasn't into the steelbooks at that time and was thinking if to buy the bond box sets as well
