For those who might not know but director Steven Lisberger just spent 6 weeks remastering it and rumoured to be coming out on November 30th. I can't post any link because of the forums policy but, any news from Future Shop?

Inside sources are saying that Tron will not see a release until Tron: Legacy arrives on Blu-Ray.

Disney had shown a special screening of the newly remastered Tron to an audience according to various sources everyone thought it was a funny movie and laughing at the scenes (especially with our understanding of computers).

Because of this, Disney is weary about releasing it before Legacy, so expect to see it Q2 2011 when Legacy gets released.

I would love to see Steelbook for both Tron and Tron Legacy. Loved the original and like Chuck my roomate has a Tron poster in his room and soon Tron Legacy poster.

There have been airings on UK stations of the HD Remaster of Tron. Got myself a version and it looks amazing.

This did not come out Nov 30th. It is coming though, and will be out same time as Tron Legacy next year. You won't have to wait too long
