Ponyo Bluray $10 Coupon

www.PonyoCoupon.com

This link will work closer to streetdate but gives you $10 off of the Bluray instore. Please note if you are a Quebec customer Ponyo and the other Miyazaki titles are not being released in that province due to the packaging not being French compliant. If you want to purchase these you can still do so through the Futureshop.ca webstore.

What other Miyazaki titles are being released?

Re: Ponyo Bluray $10 Coupon

Castle in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service and My Neighbor Totoro.

It's a shame they aren't on Blu-Ray, and I think they are just re-releases of the older releases, which is a shame... but I'll take what I can get!

Totoro and Kiki are def purchases this time, for $14 each??

There is a $10 discount on those DVDs with the purchase of Ponyo, which will end up being $17 with the $10 coupon!

Very nice.

Re: Ponyo Bluray $10 Coupon

It doesn't look like they are.  All the research I can find is that they are only in DVD format, no Blu for the older releases, which hurts my heart.

But I'll take something over nothing.  Looks like these are just the rehash editions from before.  But something is better than nothing.

Also, the link is now live (was dead earlier today) but Brana, it's coming up as "Blocked::" with the URL afterwards through the linking system here.

If you can change that, it would be appreciated at least for the others who may not change it.  Of course, now that I'm mentioning it, it shouldn't be an issue :smileyhappy:

Re: Ponyo Bluray $10 Coupon

I have a question. If you buy the Ponyo Bluray + DVD combo and another Miyazaki rerelease, you get 10 dollars off as well. Is it possible to use the coupon instead to get a combined $20 discount?

This is what most people have been doing. Eseentially you end up with $10 off of each.

Re: Ponyo Bluray $10 Coupon

Ok thanks, because I stupidly asked the cashier if it was possible to get both discounts. The manager on duty ruled that I can do either one or the other. I'll have to go back and not say anything this time.

Re: Ponyo Bluray $10 Coupon

I just noticed this thread - if I bought the DVD already without using the coupon, is there any way to bring in the DVD with the receipt and the coupon to still receive the $10 credit somehow?  Or would I have to return the DVD and re-buy it in order to get it?

Re: Ponyo Bluray $10 Coupon

What the heck?  I could have gotten $20 off of Ponyo??

Ah well, I wanted Totoro and Kiki anyway :smileyhappy:

The only issue I had was using the coupon to get Ponyo (they just couldn't figure it out, but the brand new rep there was able to get it while the MOD was trying to figure it out...)

Then the discount off of the other 2 seemed to be an issue.  The ad states that you get $10 off of "THESE Movies" and I only got it off of 1.

They pushed it through, but it didn't go "naturally"

Unless that's what you're talking about?..

I'm confused :smileyhappy:
