Why is it that the $10 off any 2 Disney title purchases doesn't apply to Beauty and the Beast Iron-Pack and Fantasia/Fantasia 2000?

While I do not have an answer about Fantasia/Fantasia 2000, Beauty and the Beast IronPack is a store exclusive and because of that the discount wont work. That, or they are not included as they are Pre-Orders.

I would lean toward the latter. The $8 off coupon applied to the Prince of Persia Ironpack.
