Oh the irony of having Rizzo in the artwork at all. Interesting choice on the inner artwork as well (I realize it was the Standee art, but it really has nothing at all to do with the movie itself aside from the characters).
I'm not a fan of the poser puppets on display (expecially Kermit), but I'm definitly interested... Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks for posting Saybinator! Ugh, looks like another Viva Box? No thanks. The designs on the Vivas were nice. But the hinges and build quality vs. Steelbook...not so much. I hope someone else releases a Steelbook, instead. Every feedback thread and poll posted at every major forum confirms Steelbooks are preferred for quality and design. Pass....Disney, please come back around.

Wow, this looks fantastic! Unlike others, I love the Viva Metal Box. Good workmanship. As good, if not better than SteelBooks. SteelBook's build quality has been hit-and-miss lately.
THE MUPPETS is a great choice for collectible packaging too. Will be getting one for sure!

Thanks SB for the info but I will pass on this one. Viva metal box have good looking art, but the cheap plastic look on the spine gives me a NO GO especially on this title.
Please Disney, come back to the good side of the force: STEELBOOK!

Hm, I'll have to think about this. The Muppets is a big deal, and the green packaging of the Wocka Wocka pack is much more Muppet-y than this sterlized artwork. Considering the tone of the movie, the packaging should be something simple, something nostalgic, like Beauty and the Beast, Bambi or The Lion King. Something like a close-up of Kermit's eyes, and lots of green. I'd love, love, love to have collectible packaging for this movie, but the artwork shown here isn't exactly representative of the movie.

You know that this cover looks almost exactly like the cover of the DVD-only release, right? And what isn't representative of the gang all getting back together?
I love the cover, and for all the griping, it looks pretty awesome. Can't wait to add it to collection.
