Nintendo DS, 3DS, Wii, Wii U & Wii Mini

I am kinda new at this trade game stuff so I was just wondering the 3DS xl for 5 games how do I know which 5 games will be accepted and where can I check this? Also does it have to be 5 games for the same system or 5 games of any system?
