We have received feedback from various customers they are having difficulty pre-ordering games with a release date of December 31, 2013 on account of their credit card expiration dates. To resolve this issue, we are updating the tentative release date of December 31, 2013 to February 28, 2013 on multiple pre-order games.
Please note: the February 28, 2013 is by NO means the official release date and again, we are doing this to accommodate pre-orders. We will update Futureshop.ca with the correct release dates once they are officially announced. We greatly appreciate your business, and patience.
ETA for resolution should be around 12:01AM on June 7th.
