Hey guys, to set the record straight here, steelbooks are NOT cancelled. Not sure where people got the message that it was an error with the manufacture.

Winds - please PM your details as there were pretty details instructions on how to get the Zelda steelbooks. Any additional information you can provide will help

We are moving full steam ahead with our Steelbook program in 2012 and I have already reviewed a couple awesome steelbook titles!

Hey Godwin,

Thanks for your reply on this. I sent you a PM regarding some of my details. Please let me know if there is more information you need.

 

The rep I spoke to admitted he didn't know much about the situation with the steelbooks, and the only information he had to go on was a notice sent to them regarding the issue stating that the steelbooks have been cancelled due to an error made by the manufacturer. I asked to speak to another rep which told me the same thing. I hope you are right and they are wrong though, I would infinitely appreciate your help with this if you can.

That is a reassurance. I am still waiting for my Zelda Skyward Sword Steel case, but the website still listed my preorder steelcase as Order cancelled.

Hello,

 

I too have not yet received by steelbook case. I think I have called a total of 10 times regarding this. At first I was told it was cancelled and i wouldn't be getting a case. Then i was told they would be shipped on Dec. 2nd and to call in on the 9th if I don't receive one. Called in on the 9th and was told by the rep that she would "escalate" the issue and I would get called back in MAX 48 hours.

 

Just called CS again today, and a rep told me the same thing .. please wait 48 hours for someone to call you back. What kind of mickey mouse company am I dealing with  ???? Can someone here online PLEASE PLEASE help me out. This was supposed to be a XMAS gift for my little son and now I might not even have it on time for xmas!
